The aim of the department is to use systems biology approaches to answer pressing questions in biomedical science including but not limited to immunology, communicable and non communicable diseases. We aim to use computational tools so as to explore the spectrum of genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics and their functional relevance in order to develop new tools to assist with bench to bedside science-driven discovery.
